This client side mod allows you to paste special characters into chat, signs, books, and the anvil text box in Minecraft. It features a customizable list of symbols and kaomojis for easy use. The mod also enables you to choose a Unicode font supported by Minecraft, converting your typed text into compatible characters automatically. All symbols included are Unifont based and supported by Minecraft, so other players can see them without needing the mod installed on their client or server.
This mod will for sure give you a more fun and entertaining experience chatting in the latest version of Minecraft: Java Edition!
The tabs group the symbols into various categories:
- Faces and People
- Nature and Food
- Things
- Activities, Transport & Places
- Symbols
- Shapes
For quicker symbol insertion, this mod includes a symbol suggestion popup that functions like those found in popular chat platforms. Simply type a colon (:) to trigger the popup, which displays matching symbols as you continue typing. For example, entering :cro will prompt suggestions such as crown, crocodile, croissant, cross, and crossed flags.
On supported screens, you can easily switch between various fonts using the dropdown menu located in the top right corner. Selecting a font from this menu will transform your typed text into that style. These fonts utilize Unicode characters to create visually distinctive text. Importantly, they are compatible with clients that do not have the symbol-chat mod installed, ensuring that everyone can view your customized text.
