Neoforge is a popular Minecraft Modloader that allows players to use mods created specifically for Neoforged that enhances gameplay! 

What is NeoForge?
NeoForge is a fresh fork of MinecraftForge, launched on July 12, 2023, after significant challenges within the original team led to a split. Most of the original team, excluding LexManos, joined this new project to create a healthier, community-focused environment for modders.

Why NeoForge?
NeoForge was created in response to long-standing issues, including leadership and communication challenges that impacted the community. After Curle, a respected leader, stepped down due to ongoing conflicts, it became clear a change was needed. The team decided to fork the project to maintain a positive and collaborative space for modders.

Key Goals
NeoForge aims to maintain initial compatibility with MinecraftForge, ensuring a smooth transition for users. It focuses on fostering community input, transparent governance, and a supportive environment for modding. An Open Collective for donations is planned to fund project growth and compensate contributors.
